      I have imported `rtf-qt` library from Calligra and adapted it to

      be standalone Qt6 library.<br>

      <br>

      This library can be used in <code>Calligra</code> for RTF

      importing and in <code>KFileMetadata</code> for reading metadata

      and text content of RTF documents.<br>

      <br>

      Here is the issue to track the kde review:<br>
