This patch makes our doc behave like latest Doxygen docs: lists of inherited methods, signals, properties are collapsed by default, clicking on their list headers expand them.
The CSS rules come from the CSS file generated by default by Doxygen.
There is something I do not understand about the jquery.js files though: running doc/api/doxygen.sh locally, it is not copied in the */html folders, but api.kde.org have it: http://api.kde.org/4.10-api/kdelibs-apidocs/kdecore/html/jquery.js exists right now.</pre>
