great! Ben Cooksley has already said he's welcome a maintainer from the 
perspective of him working on System Settings, and there isn't really a module 
maintainer per se for kdebase-workspace (it's one of those "cooperative" 
modules) and if the previous maintainer is indeed AWOL then it's all yours :)
