Polkit-qt, Polkit-qt-1 and polkit-kde new releases

Thanks, I applied that patch + some additional modifications 
(s/find_path/find_file) and did the same to FindPolkitQt-1.cmake, they work 
fine here, let's see how it'll go on CDash.
