So if this is about RAM usage, how about we actually look at which
parts of kdelibs use too much RAM and fix that, before taking a big fork and a 
big axe (for forking kdelibs and then cutting it into bits and pieces?)

Such fixing (making data really-const, making data loaded on demand, etc.) is 
typically not done much on desktop machines, so I'm sure there's quite some 
room for improvement there.
