[ANNOUNCE] new website for kde mailing-list archives

Jason Hunter from markmail.org has been kind enough to set up all the mailing-list archives
from KDE on http://kde.markmail.org -- this site has much better usability than lists.kde.org!

See http://kde.markmail.org/search/?q= in particular: you can search for messages
that have an attachment, you can search for bug emails only, commits only, announcements, etc.
(hmm, it works fine with konqueror-kde3 but not from konqueror-kde-4.0-branch... seems url-related)

If you see a mailing-list that is missing from the site, email sysadmin at kde.org and we'll add it.
