[PATCH][159702] Show hidden directories in KFileTreeView

Hej,

there is a bug report (159702), that you can't change the view settings
for the directory view, opened by KUrlRequester, to show hidden files.

The attached patch solves that by adding a RMB menu like it was done
in KDE3. However I'm not sure whether that is the right place to go...
