[Patch] System Settings : Improve General/Advanced tabs visibility

Eheh !

Thanks, if you have an idea to make those tool bar button more
"mutually exclusive" visible and that the current selected is clearly
define, I think this alternative is clearly more clean than the last
one (which was implemented to use the standard layout for multiple
view displayed : the Tab Bar)
