[PATCH] qt-copy build fix

Hello,

If you build qt without exception, you don't get QtXmlPatterns. This causes
compilation to fail in examples/xmlpatterns because the "recipes" example
needs QtXmlPatterns but is not excluded by the build system. See attached
trivial patch.
