Next stop on toolbar handling. Konqueror (& more)

Hi all,

I have written a patch for Qt which is at the moment on qt-copy (on
patches/notsafe) that implements a "keep always toolbars next to others"
feature. This prevents the user from setting random offsets to toolbars, and
is based on a "more clever" way of finding out which toolbars want to be
bigger (are expanding).

The patch can be found, as I said on qt-copy/patches/notsafe, and also here:
http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/08/qt-copy-arbitrary-offset-full-fix.diff

A small video showing the patch goodnesses can be found here:
http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/08/qtoolbar-explanation.ogg

David and me have been discussing for a long time about toolbars, and we came
to the decision that if toolbar code is clever enough for the user don't
needing this kind of manual offsetting, we are safe.

However, we still have to see what Trolltech says about the patch, that is the
most important thing actually. They decide =)

Regards,
Rafael Fernández López.
