Indeed. If you read the rest of the thread you will find out that this patch 
is not about that. It can drag a window without clicking any other button 
(just on an "idle" part of the dialog).

BTW, from my point of view this is a big no-no. It introduces inconsistency 
between our apps on different platforms (only that is enough) and does not 
respond to the normal behavior of X-libs-based applications. Making the 
_whole_ desktop hot-spots is not a brilliant idea from my point of view.
