[PATCH] KPluginSelector

Hi,

I attach the patch with the new KPluginSelector. For now, categories are
drawn hard-coded, but I'm in talks with SadEagle of how can we achieve this
on KStyle, so it is only a temporal solution, until KStyle can do it, and
that won't affect the public header.

As you can see, the public header has no changes (except some parameters
recalled), to make things more clear to the API user. Every change is being
done in the internal code and at the private header.

So, mainly I would like to know if I can commit it on next monday, or if
doesn't need to be committed on monday. I would like also to know any
comments or improvements you can find for it.
