Which reminds me: I want to move KConfigSkeleton to kdeui.

Will I get screamed at?

The reason for that is because KConfigSkeleton::ItemColor and ItemFont
have to be moved out of kdecore. There's no way around that.

So our options are:
1) keep one single #include <kconfigskeleton.h>, which lives in kdeui
2) require people to include a *second* include header if they want to use
those two GUI items (and modify kconfigxt accordingly).
