KDE 4 Core Libraries major features

Well, this requires the discussion on what shape KDE 4 will have when 
released. And this discussion started in Málaga in one evening, but 
didn't progress very far. So we right now have no idea what shape that 
will be.

Right now, when I say "KDE Core Libraries", I'm mostly thinking of 
kdecore, kdeui, kio and kparts. We've also got lots of other libraries in 
kdelibs that have to be ported and finished, of course.
