No.

If you grep the Qt source code for Q_DECL_DEPRECATED, you'll see it's only 
used to define other macros. And those macros are turned on by explicit 
request.

So you get no deprecation warnings unless you do:
#define QT3_SUPPORT_WARNINGS
#define QT_COMPAT_WARNINGS
