Status of i10n calls on KDE4

Not yet solved, not yet dropped. I haven't had the time too implement it 
yet, and I am being lazy because either way it wouldn't affect current 
i18n API (or even BC).

Actually, I'm being put off a bit by having to first look into JavaScript 
as such. Having said that, it is about time for a sanity check: k-c-d, can 
we allow KJS dependence in kdecore?
