seems like we're abusing one namespace (web urls) to populate another (dbus 
methods). there really isn't any meaningful correspondence between the two as 
you've shown with the kmid example.

perhaps we should just decouple them entirely and not rely on the web address 
for this at all. there is a KAboutData::setOrganizationDomain(const char*) 
there already, so those who don't wish to adverise their interface as 
org.kde.appname can call setOrganizationDomain on their KAboutData object?
