Its an unfortunate consequence of human nature that people tend to not 
know what they really want until they actually used it.
Bugreports, votes, user complaints, etc are 95% symptom fighting and it 
takes a skilled observer and some talking to the actual users to find out 
what the real goals of these users are after which you can find the best 
way to reach those goals.

When you can't see in the dark, blow out the candle.
