Ok, that was a bit condescending. But what is the most condescending? My 
comment or the way dialogs commonly are designed in KDE? I surely know what 
we need the least.

Me too. I was close to not mentioning the link because of its lack of 
substance. I mailed him about that. I'll get back if/when I get a reply.

I googled a bit and found a similar number here(20% are using 800x600, in 
2006):
