Done. KPopupTitles are fine in the KMenu. No side effect on the keyboard
driven operations. The font is OK, bold, and the titles are centered. No
difference with the PopupMenuTitles except that KPopupTitles don't need
to be disabled in order to be ignored.

*kdebase/kicker/kicker/ui/service_mnu.cpp.diff*

While I was at it, I also removed the PopupMenuTitles from here so that
Kicker doesn't need them any more. AFAIK, once the makefiles corrected,
the class and the related files can be deleted.
