Yeah, I added a few pc files to base libs a while ago. Wanted to wait till the 
build system switch is done to finish up the rest.

Hey now! It should be in right location now. If you configure your X 
environment (proto/libs/xserver) with --prefix=/usr nothing should be out of 
place! :)
