OK, thanks for your input. We need to make sure, that akademy is a KDE 4
development event - KDE 3.5 should be in pure bug fix mode by then.

And if Nicolas can't finish kbabel support till end of august, then I'm sure
translators will have no problem with it leaking into KDE 3.5.1 - after all
it's their tool ;)
