Improvement to admin/detect-autoconf.sh [PATCH]

OK,

I got some good feedback on #kde-devel (thanks Thiago!) so I'm posting a 
slightly revised patch.

The "find-unversioned-script" handling is fixed (boy was that bungled in the 
first version!), and in addition now an unversioned script is the preferred 
type.  This is because the popular WANT_AUTOFOO environment variable 
generally works with the unversioned form of the script so it makes sense to 
use that in preference to a versioned form of the script.

Also, apparently the change works for at least one other FreeBSD, NetBSD, and 
Linux box based on chouimat's testing.
