But KDE4 is a good time to do it-- most of the aforementioned
programs, along with apollon and akregator (which will soon have it's
own bubbles) aren't part of modules that are part of KDE's release
cycles, and thus need this functionality (as it is often a quite
important part of these applications) )with people running a variety
of kdelibs versions. KDE 4.0 is a good time since most third party
apps won't be targetting KDE 3.3 and KDE 4.0, like many apps are
targetting KDE 3.2 and 3.3 today.
