 Hello,

whoever was the person to decide what clicking on KSystemTray's icon should
do with the mainwindow, please decide again. The current way apparently
doesn't quite work (the code tries to raise the window because it finds out
it's obscured, but the window cannot be raised above windows kept on top).

Subject: [Kwin] [Bug 75289] New: Hidding windows on system tray while a window
is on-top
[snip]

Set a window as always on top. Now click on a running program that is
minimised on the dock (for example juk). Click on the juk dock icon to
minimise it to the tray. If juk is behind the window that is set on top, juk
will not hide itself. If you move juk so that its not behind the
always-on-top window clicking on the dock icon will minimise it just fine.
