Both files and kdenetwork/kfile-plugins have already existed in CVS for some 
time. They've been removed.

Try forcing the version to 2.1 on the files when committing to see if it 
solves. It may simply be because CVS can't distinguish between old file and 
the new one because they have the same name.

(Yet another reason to stop using CVS...)
