I'm not sure if this actually matters with regards to what module this goes 
under, but I wanted to point out that the meta info plugin doesn't depend on 
BitTorrent, or any other special libraries being installed.  The plugin 
implements the b-encoded dictionary format as described on the BitTorrent 
documentation internally, using Qt, so it doesn't depend on any libraries 
that we'd have to add a configure check for.
