Good idea, considering that a porting doc needs to be written anyway, why not 
start up a file so as BIC tasks are done they can be appended to the file 
letting developers know what they need to do.  Then when it comes to release 
time someone doesn't have to spend a lot of time writing up a doc that will 
probably miss something.
