Hi Rob,

I did a little print debug against the configure script and ultimately it
 lead to line 21810 crashing. This line was expanded and executed on the
 command

line yeilding:
> g++ -o conftest -Wnon-virtual-dtor -Wno-long-long -Wundef -Wall -pedantic
> -W

- -Wpointer-arith -Wmissing-prototypes -Wwrite-strings -ansi
- -D XOPEN SOURCE=500 -D BSD SOURCE -Wcast-align -Wconversion -O2
- -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new -fno-common -I/usr/lib/qt3/include
- -I/usr/X11R6/include -DQT THREAD SUPPORT  -D REENTRANT -L/usr/lib/qt3/lib
- -L/usr/X11R6/lib  conftest.cc -lqt-mt -lpng -lz -lm -ljpeg -ldl  -lXext -lX11
- -lSM -lICE  -lpthread
collect2: ld terminated with signal 11 [Segmentation fault], core dumped

All include paths and libraries were verified as shown in the attached file.

I realize this may be beyond the scope of atlantik but am hoping might be
aware of any similar QT check issues or be able to offer advice on resolving.

Regards,
Michael
