The following patches fix a few bugs in kio-devices, and adds features.  It 
will have to wait for KDE 3.3.

- - When a device goes away from fstab, it should actually go away
- - hot plugged devices (on linux) should be identified as such, so you don't 
need to display the root partition just to see your digital camera or USB 
keychain.

TODO:
	Hot-plugged device icon (how do we identify the different kinds of USB mass 
storage?)
	Portability?

this doesn't break anything (I hope) on any non-linux platform.
