Yes, we do have plans for semiautomatic migration from Exchange 5.5 and 
Exchange 2000. Though implementing this is postponed after Nov. 20002. 
Technically we do believe that we know how to do it.

Yes, there will also be a KDE interface. Though this will also be postponed. 
Basically we do have a three-tier architecture for the admin GUI which easily 
allows to write a KDE admin interface later.
