no, i said there should be. there isn't atm, but there probably should be.

what do you mean by "general configuration menu"? and have you cvs up'd since 
yesterday? i completed moving all (or at least i hope all) of the old "let's 
figure out the size setting by guessing based on the pixel size" damage ... 
well, all except the dcop call to setSize, which i kept as is for obvious 
reasons.

IMHO nice would be to have the notched style dragging if the setting is not 
custom, and free if it is custom. if the free drag was made a little less 
sensitive that would be nice, as would not letting the resize bar go below 24 
pixels or above 128 pixels (the min and max size for the panel) ...

custom will still need a dialog to pop up when selected otherwise people will 
select custom and not know how to change its size as it is non-obvious that 
you can drag the edge of the panel to resize it. 

just my thoughts...
