KDE 3.1 release schedule

Hi,

It's now been two months since the release of KDE 3.0 and we still have no KDE 
3.1 release schedule. Could this please be rectified as I, and I suspect 
other people need to know when it's going to be released so we can work out 
what we have time to do for 3.1, and what will have to wait for 3.2.
