moving KLanguageButton to kdelibs/kdeui

Hi,

I'd like to see the KLanguageButton from KControl/locale in kdelibs, so
all applications can provide an easy way for country selections.
Furthermore the translators would be happy if they have not to translate
the country names for every program that provides a selection.
Are there any objections concerning moving it?
(Ok, maybe the header file should contains more information ;))
