[GSoC] Introduction to the KDE projects and contributors!

Hi,

The KDE contributions for this year GSoC are finally known since yesterday!
Carl wrote a nice blog post summing up what will the contributors work on

For mentors, please ensure you are in the kde-soc-mentor mailing list (
https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-soc-mentor) and both you and your
contributors are in the kde-soc mailing list (
https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-soc) where all the communication
will take place for now.

Let's have some fun this summer and welcome warmfully the new contributors!
