What follows are  the Promo highlights for weeks 29 to 20 of 2023. Enjoy.

### Things done

* Wrote, published and promoted Akademy 2023 report
* Worked with Linux Magazin (GY) to get LAS video talks on their DVD
* Helped out LabPlot with new tutorial videos: transferred to PeerTube, wrote 
social media posts, posted to social media.
* Discussed campaign strategy with Andre from g10 for their GPG/Cretification/
Encryption/Signing suite of apps
* Helped video editor with Intro clip for Akademy videos
* Started collecting info for KDE Gear 23.08 announcement
* Started organising Promo sprint
* Created video channel for GCompris on PeerTube
* Started working with with GCOmpris team members on a video layout so 
GCompris can produce tutorials similar to LabPlot's shorts
* Set up video channel for GCompris and Playlists for the "for kids" set of 
apps
* Edited, uploaded, and promoted the first video to the channel
* Started organising conf.kde.in, an Indian KDE conference that has been on 
hold for a couple of years due to the pandemic
* Started working on Quarterly Fundraising Newsletter
* Supporting Qt PR rep in organizing KDE and Qt meet up in Berlin

* Collect more info for Gear 23.08 announcement - if you have information we

* Prepare new sponsorship announcement (details forthcoming shortly)
* Prepare message for department of education of "African country" (details 
coming shortly) interested in our software for their schools
 
### Ongoing projects

* Finding and solving mistakes in websites and wikis
* Weekly data collection housework, collecting data on followers from Twitter 
and Mastodon
* Daily data collection housework, collecting mentions of KDE, KDenlive, 
krita, etc., from media across the web.
* Carried out daily discussion on FLOSS news for topical social media posts
