Hello,

We have published an interview with Claudia Garad today. Claudia will be
delivering the second keynote at Akademy and has some experience and
interesting things to say regarding inclusiveness, diversity and onboarding of
new contributors to a community-based project.

We want to promote this to promote Akademy 2018 and see if we can boost
registrations, so please share, upvote, boots, re-tweet, and so on. Also, it
is a not bad read, even if I say so myself.

Cheers

Paul
