KDE is hosted with an account with us. Because of this, you can't host<br>
their sub-domains on your account. Instead, they would have to host<br>
"<a href="http://cl.kde.org" target="_blank">cl.kde.org</a>" on their account and provide you access using our account<br>
privileges.<br>
