Yes.
FindLibLZMA.cmake actually looks like a good candidate to go directly into 
cmake, it has already FindZLib.cmake and FindBZip2.cmake.

The best way would be if you write a mail to cmake at cmake.org, "Volunteering to 
become maintainer of FindLibLZMA.cmake", with the file attached, and stating 
that you want to get this file into cmake, and that you volunteer to maintain 
it in cmake. The file as it is in kdelibs is in quite good shape.
Then'll you'll get git write access to cmake, and we can still get it in for 
cmake 2.8.8.

This would be really great.

Can you do that ?
