What is GPL is the tool that generates it - assemblygen. This is noted in the binary packages for Windows and OS X, in the files COPYING.txt and COPYING_assemblygen.txt, respectively. I may clarify that on Qyoto's page, the problem is that I'm afraid the page would become too encumbered and this is Qyoto's page after all, not assemblygen's.

Hello!<br><br>It is unclear to me, under which license is released. While the [qyoto <br>website] [1] states that "It is free and open source with the LGPL license.", <br>which would be in accordance to the license of QT itself, the header of the <br>source files I checked and the RPM package provided by openSuse say that the <br>code is under the GPL license.
