So, I'm confused, *why* aren't we simply using CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX with a big
warning to set PYTHONPATH? After all that's exactly how *everything else*
works; if CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is not / or /usr, you have to set PATH,
LD_LIBRARY_PATH, QT_PLUGIN_PATH, etc. in order to use the installation. What's
wrong with adding PYTHONPATH to that list? Why is Python being given special
treatment?
