openSUSE, Ubuntu and Fedora still seem to be on Qt4.5 for the moment.
It's a shame, as I'd like to try to be native but I can't force people
to upgrade to 4.6 just for my app. I guess I'll stick with packaged
icons for the time being (which explains why the Qt apps I have in Gnome
all seem to have their own icons that aren't even similar to each other!)
