That's excellent news. I suspect you'll pick up a lot of interest once 
this stuff
is buildable on Windows, though most of it will be in Qt rather than KDE.

It would be extremely helpful to have a little more info that is clearly 
up-to-date
and definitive on what the prerequisites are for hacking on such code 
and getting
it all to work - its probably not helped having it in the KDE source 
which is
frighteningly large, and at least in principle this sort of thing should 
be quite
self-contained.
