[Kde-bindings] question about kimono/qyoto build

in fact i have

$ ls /home/neoclust/rpm/BUILD/kdebindings-4.0.80/build/lib/qt-dotnet.dll
/home/neoclust/rpm/BUILD/kdebindings-4.0.80/build/lib/qt-dotnet.dll*


but i can't have it installed.

this is like the INSTALL_GAC  macro isn't working.
