I have made packages for both smoke and qyoto, uploaded here
http://www.arnorehn.de/programming/kdebindings-smoke.tar.bz2
http://www.arnorehn.de/programming/kdebindings-qyoto.tar.bz2

They're not perfect and can certainly be improved, I just wanted to have a
point from where to start from. Feel free to change the contents - especially
the INSTALL, AUTHORS and README files need some care.
