Yes, it will work with the version of kalyptus in the kde svn, so you'll need 
to copy 'kalyptus' and 'kalyptusCxxToSmoke.pm' from the svn version to the 
QtRuby 1.4.6 kalyptus directory before it will work.

I'm afraid it still won't build even with the patches, I'll try and have 
another go today. You could try just removing any headers which give problems 
from the 'kde_header_list' that goes into kalyptus to get something working 
though.
