[Kde-bindings] New code

Well, I've stripped down the -fdump parser to the essential
building-blocks. Default arguments and all that cruft.

Marcus, I attached the QWidget XML file, just in case this version
doesn't work either. But, I think I fixed the bug you were having. Let
me know.
