<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">This release resolves a major performance regression in handling Windows style line endings. In so doing it also fixes byte order/encoding related issues in EOL detections.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">For windows users the new installer is generated from source tarball and will include all translations. I am unable to do the same MacOS so this remains English only with partial translations from Qt/Frameworks.</p>
