KJournald 0.1.0 released

Hi, kjournald 0.1.0 has been released today. This is the first stable release 
of the application. Its main use case is to provide a decent GUI log viewer 
for journald logs.

The main features are:
------------
* colorized log views per applications or services
* log filtering by combinations of different criteria (severity, boot, kernel/
not-kernel messages, process, systemd service)
* search and highlight actions for log message contents
* support for both, the localhost's journald database and offline copies of 
journald databases
