I have a bunch of PO files and I have let the Translation Database to scan them all in order to build the database. As I'm not that much experienced Linux programmer nor do I'm familiar with the Berkeley DB, I wonder if there's a solution that I'm looking for. What I want is to extract the content out of the generated .db files and build some kind of a glossary that I've been using throughout all PO files. The main idea is to have a original, english word on the one side while on the other side I'd like to have the matching word in my native language, that I've used during the translation and localiyation. The reason I want to do this is to try to build a dictionary that I've been using in order to eliminate any inconsistency in terms used. I'm aware of the fact that in some cases I've been using different translations for the same english terms and by this I'd like to correct all those differencies; on the other hand, it would be useful for me to have a list of english termns and all of the matching translations I've used in order to choose the one I think it's the most appropriate. Any help would be appreciated! If someone knows how to extract the raw content out of the .db files and to put it in .txt of some sort that would let me arrange it later on, that would be great! Thank you all in advance! Glad to hear that this list's not dead and that there's some developing in progress. Thank you for poterminology script that I'll look upon right on! I would also appreciate any other idea that could help me solving my problem. New.po is generated empty. What am I doing wrong here?
